Ionia Office Building
Grand Rapids, Michigan
The
building fulfills many needs of the firm, the city and
the community. The building is designed as a focal
point for a new, revitalized dowtown area known as Cherry
Street Landing. The project is considered a piece
of art rather than a building. The building is
designed to be environmentally sensitive and energy
efficient. This project is one of the first LEED
Core and Shell certified projects in Michigan.
