Carson City Hospital is seeking to improve their current services to the community by expanding and renovating their existing facility in a three phase process. Phase two was recently completed, consisting of a new walk-in emergency entrance, several new examination rooms and renovations to the existing radiology and emergency departments. The radiology renovations will be completed by the end of the year during phase three, which is set to begin soon. The proposed additions have been phased to allow access to the existing emergency department and new emergency department as it becomes available. The final completion date for the project is July 2008.
