Committed to helping educational institutions maximize the efficiency of their facilities, BETA Design, Inc. has developed an Energy Analysis Plan to evaluate usage practices and aid our clients with the ever increasing cost of energy.

This plan is divided into four separate phases allowing our clients to choose which phases best fit their district ’s needs. Each phase provides useful evaluation services and expertise to help school districts start saving funds, sometimes immediately.

Our evaluation services are conducted by Tom Sloan, who has more than 30 years of experience in facilities and a broad range of knowledge in energy and mechanical aspects, and Jack Timmer, who has more than 10 years of facility management experience in an educational setting. Jack has been recognized nationally and statewide for energy efficiencies by the E.P.A. and Energy Star.
